Most Businesses Fail
Within three years nearly two-thirds of the businesses that
exist at this moment will no longer be trading. Have they all
succeeded? Did their owners choose to stop trading? Did they
cease through the owners choice?
And was the owner happy that they ceased trading?
Do you want your business to succeed?
Do you want your business to give you the success you want?
You deserve?
Do you want to run your business to run the same way as other
businesses? When you know where most businesses are heading?
There is only one reason to have a business - to sell it.
We start a business for one reason and only one reason - to
get more life - to get more of what we really want in our life.
This is true - isn't it?
But what happens in reality? In most cases, it's just the
opposite. Our business can end up taking our life away. We
end up creating a job for ourselves. Just doing it, doing it,
doing it and then, if were lucky, only just surviving.
Is this the way we expected it to be? Is this the way it has
to be?
Why?
Because if you do not improve the equity value of your business,
you are simply generating cash and profit - you have a job.
It doesn't matter whether you generate a lot of cash and enormous
profits, unless you improve equity value - you have a job.
Most people find it easy to understand and extremely gratifying
that their property increases in value, they often fail to
understand the enormous increases in equity value there can
be in a business.
Whether you want to sell or not, give yourself the option.
Systematic, turn-key businesses are saleable businesses. They
are also relentlessly profitable businesses.
Do you want your business to give you the success you want?
You deserve?

and only one purpose, to sell it”
